The cooperation between ADAC HEMS Academy and Reiser Simulation and Training successfully achieves EASA Level D qualification for the H145 Full-Flight Simulator (FFS) at ADAC HEMS Academy in Bonn, Germany.
Reiser Simulation and Training GmbH (RST), Berg, Germany developed the H145 Full-Flight Simulator including a full NVIS compatible replicated H145 helicopter cockpit and simulated Helionix® avionics suite. The H145 flight model is based on dedicated flight test data collected by RST’s flight data acquisition business unit, Reiser Flight Systems. LED projectors present the most realistic scene by day and night and the unique dual channel technology allows using the real NVIS equipment without compromise.
The FFS has been audited from 18th through 20th of December 2017 at ADAC HEMS Academy facility by the German Federal Aviation Office (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt) and passed initial qualification on its first attempt.

Frank Thieser, Chief Sales and Strategy Officer and CEO of Reiser Training Services GmbH, the company providing the simulator under a 15 years services contract to ADAC added that this simulator is not only exceeding the contracted training requirements, it has also the lowest power consumption and easiest maintenance approach on the market. Its interchangeable cockpit allows training centers scaling their business by adding one or more aircraft cockpits to their offering without investing directly in another simulator bay. Currently the Airbus models H125, H135 and H145 and several other aircraft types are available as FFS and FTD, all with the Roll-on Roll-off capability as a standard.
