We are pleased to invite selected leaders and decision-makers from the defense and aerospace communities to join Reiser ST and Varjo for a one-day event at REISER’s Moerlbach facility near Munich, Germany.
New Operational Realities Outpace Training – XR Closes the Gap. This event brings together operators, integrators, and technology leaders to examine that gap and demonstrate what closing it looks like in practice. Attendees will experience live XR training demonstrations across land, air, and civil aviation domains, hear from expert speakers, and engage directly with the teams behind some of the most advanced training systems deployed today.

Impulse Lecture by Nico Lange, Founder and Director of IRIS (Institute for Risk analysis and International Security) and a senior fellow at CEPA in Washington D.C.. He is the former chief of staff of the German Federal Ministry of Defense (2019–2022) and a member of the advisory group to the German Minister of Economy on Security and Defence Industry.
